Just made this mouthwatering Slow Cooker Balsamic Glazed Roast Beef

– 3 pounds beef roast
– 1 cup balsamic vinegar
– 1/2 cup beef broth
– 1/4 cup soy sauce
– 3 tablespoons honey
– 4 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 teaspoon dried thyme
– 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
– Salt and pepper to taste

1. Season the beef roast with salt and pepper and place it in the slow cooker.
2. In a bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, beef broth, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, dried thyme, and dried rosemary.
3. Pour the balsamic mixture over the beef roast in the slow cooker.
4. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the beef is tender and easily falls apart.
5. Once cooked, remove the beef from the slow cooker and shred it using two forks.
6. Return the shredded beef to the slow cooker and toss it in the balsamic glaze.
